Custom jewelry design has historically been slow and expensive. When a customer wants a custom piece, the typical workflow involves taking notes, sending specifications to a CAD designer, waiting days for renders, going through revision cycles, and only then moving to production. Software solutions like Countersketch exist, but require significant training and technical CAD knowledge. This creates a barrier for smaller jewelry stores.

Built a conversational AI platform that allows jewelers to describe what they want in plain English. A jeweler could type something like 'a solitaire engagement ring with a 1.5 carat oval diamond, cathedral setting, with pave diamonds down the band' and receive a renderable CAD model in response. The system was designed to work in real-time during customer consultations, enabling jewelers to iterate on designs while the customer was in the store.
