Real estate agents juggle dozens of active listings at any given time. Each listing needs a yard sign installed, often with riders that change as the property status updates. Tracking which signs are where, scheduling installations and removals, and managing the back-and-forth with sign installation services typically happens through text messages, phone calls, and mental notes. The client saw an opportunity to build a service that handled all of this through a proper system.

Built a complete web application with two main components: a marketing landing page to convert visitors into customers, and a full-featured dashboard for managing sign installations. The dashboard includes active installations tracking, product catalogs for posts, riders, and lockboxes, a multi-step order wizard with Calendly integration, complete order history, and itemized invoicing. The pink color palette stands out in an industry full of blue and red branding.
